1. Purpose of this notice

This notice tells you how the Leeds Institute of Clinical Trials Research (LICTR), University of Leeds in its role as Data Controller will collect and process your personal data when you access this website.

NSC_[ID]_[ID]_[ID] These cookies are set by the Citrix Netscaler application to ensure your browsing session continues on the same server.
wordpress_logged_in_[hash] This cookie is set by WordPress when a user logs in and is used to enable any functionality for logged in users for which they have permissions. It isn’t used for general visitors to the site, only for those who log in. It is a session cookie and is not retained after the browser is closed.
wordpress_sec_[hash] This cookie is usually only set for logged-in users who have access to the admin pages. It governs access to those pages. It is a session cookie and is not retained after the browser is closed.
wpe-auth This is a login cookie set by the website’s hosting service. It is a session cookie and is not retained after the browser is closed.
ff_first_time These cookies are set by Flow Flow, the WordPress plugin we use to serve Twitter streams on several areas of the website.
wp-settings-{time}-[UID] This cookie stores personal dashboard and interface settings for logged-in users. It isn’t used for general visitors to the site, only for those who log in.
_cfduid, This is a security cookie which is used to block malicious users. It does’t correspond to any user ID or store any personally identifiable information.
cookie_notice_accepted This stores the result of the the Cookie Notice dialogue.
_biz_flagsA, _biz_uid, _biz_pendingA, _biz_nA This remembers users’ settings and is used for authentication and 3rd party analytics.
_hjid This cookie contains a random ID string that is unique to this user on this site on this browser. It is used to ensure a consistent experience across different sessions.
_ga, This cookie is used by Google Analytics to track traffic on the domain.
_gcl_au This is a Google Adsense cookie that takes information in ad clicks and stores it in a first-party cookie so that conversions can be attributed outside the landing page.
_gid This is a Google Analytics cookie which updates a stored value for each page visited.
fs_uid This is an analytics cookie used by the FullStory analytics system.
APISID, NID, SID, 1P_JAR, OTZ, SEARCH_SAMESITE, These cookies are used by Google to show personalised ads on Google sites, based on recent searches and page visits.
AID This cookie links activities on this device to other devices on you are logged into with a Google account.
HSID, SSID, APISID, SAPISID, These cookies are used to collect user information for YouTube-hosted videos.
ANID, CONSENT, These cookies store information about ads the user may have seen before visiting this site.
