MEDLEY is a clinical feasibility study which aim to understand whether low-dose CT should be used instead of chest X-ray as the first-line investigation of symptoms of possible lung cancer.
At least 5 hospitals across the UK will be taking part and we aim to invite 900 people to take part in the study between February 2025 and January 2026.
MEDLEY is funded by the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR131475), and is Sponsored by the University of Leeds.
