Welcome to the BLISS website
The BLISS project is funded by Blood Cancer UK.
The BLISS project will link the data from 10 myeloma clinical trials with healthcare systems data to make sure it is accurate and can be used for future research.
We will also use it to answer important research questions including whether treatments have had a long-term benefit, how frailty is assessed, how bone disease is treated and if trials represent all patients who get myeloma.
This website is intended to help:
- Patients who took part in historic myeloma trials run by the University of Leeds. Including their families and carers.
- Healthcare professionals and researchers who want to know more about the BLISS project
The BLISS project is sponsored by the University of Leeds and is conducted by the Clinical Trials Research Unit with a multidisciplinary Project Management Group.
